The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, in a leaked internal memo, gave a mission to its embassies abroad and domestic institutions to seriously follow and take actions against media organizations, journalists and dissents it labelled as ”tarnishing the good image of the country”. The leaked document has outlined many “Talking Points” for the Nov 8-15, 2021; highlighting critical issues that needed emphasis and specific duties for embassies. It clearly shows the true behavior of Abiy Ahmed Ali’s regime with regards to the international media, other institutions, and more.
